Private Helicopter Tours
See More of Israel in Less Time
A private helicopter tour offers a different way to explore Israel — combining remarkable aerial views with the ability to cover long distances in a relatively short time.
Tours can be planned around the places you most want to see, the time available during your visit, and the type of experience you are looking for. Flights may include sightseeing routes, destination flights, or customized itineraries for couples, families and private groups.
Private Flight
The helicopter is reserved for your group, giving you a more personal and flexible sightseeing experience.
See More in Less Time
Israel's relatively compact geography makes helicopter touring especially useful for visitors who want to experience several regions without spending much of the day on the road.
Customized Routes
Depending on flight conditions and operational restrictions, routes can be planned around sightseeing priorities, destinations and the time available.
Popular Private Helicopter Tours
Choose How You Want to Experience Israel
From Jerusalem and the Dead Sea to northern Israel, a private helicopter can turn the journey itself into part of your trip. These are some of the experiences we can arrange, subject to weather, airspace restrictions and operational availability.
Jerusalem Helicopter Tour
Fly toward Jerusalem for aerial views of the city and the surrounding Judean Hills from permitted airspace. Depending on the approved route, additional landmarks may be seen along the way.
Masada & Dead Sea Helicopter Tour
Travel by private helicopter toward Jerusalem and the Judean Desert, continuing to the Dead Sea and Masada. This route combines some of Israel's most distinctive landscapes in one private aerial experience.
Sea of Galilee & Golan Heights Helicopter Tour
Head north by helicopter for aerial views across Israel's changing landscape, continuing toward the Sea of Galilee and the Golan Heights. Selected itineraries may include a stop for a panoramic view of the region.
Helicopter Flight & Chef's Lunch in Northern Israel
Combine a private helicopter flight with a destination experience. Fly north, enjoy aerial views along the route, land for a chef's meal, and return by helicopter to central Israel.
Private Scenic Flights
Scenic Flights in Israel
Prefer a private airplane instead of a helicopter? Scenic flights depart from Haifa Airport in a Cessna 172 and can carry up to three passengers.
The aircraft is reserved for your group, with no unrelated passengers joining the flight. Routes vary according to flight duration, weather and airspace availability, and can include views of the Mediterranean coast, Tel Aviv, northern Israel and other parts of the country.
Hands-On Flying Experience
Pilot for a Day in Israel
Want to do more than look out of the window? Pilot for a Day puts one participant in the pilot's seat of a real aircraft alongside a flight instructor.
The experience departs from Herzliya Airport, just north of Tel Aviv. After an introduction, you take an active part in flying the aircraft under the instructor's supervision.
